Project Coordinator - Associate

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support internal teams and external clients throughout the project implementation and software development lifecycle. This position is responsible for managing many smaller projects and change requests at all project stage such as planning, design, execution, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Staff projects appropriately to support successful delivery.
• Maintain project tracking systems accurately and keep clients informed of progress.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverable tracking tools.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support client onboarding, implementation, and change request activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of software development project management experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Visio
• Able to manage a large number of small projects
• Able to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills 
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Experience with SaaS and software development projects
• Experience with Life Insurance and/or Annuities is a nice to have

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
