Role Overview

 

We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to join our Data Engineering team. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical leader across strategic client accounts, partnering directly with clients to understand business objectives, shape Data & AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, and identify opportunities to expand the partnership. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting and commercial skills to solve complex technical challenges, influence executive stakeholders, and translate client priorities into new opportunities for phData. You won't simply design and deliver solutions—you'll help lead the account, build trusted executive relationships, create demand, and drive measurable client and revenue outcomes while embracing AI-first engineering practices.

About You

 

You are a senior client-facing technical leader who thinks beyond individual projects and takes ownership of the broader success and growth of an account. You enjoy solving complex data challenges, building trusted relationships with senior technical and business leaders, and identifying where technology can create measurable business value. You combine deep hands-on expertise in modern Data & AI platforms with strong consulting and commercial instincts. You are equally comfortable challenging an architecture, advising an executive, shaping an account strategy, developing a new solution opportunity, and partnering with sales and delivery leaders to turn client needs into successful engagements and long-term revenue growth.
