Payroll Program Manager

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in global or multi-country payroll, including hands-on support across AMER and EMEA
• Proven experience leading payroll implementations, vendor transitions, system integrations, or other complex payroll programs, including international expansion or new-country launches
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll operations from processing through reconciliation and issue resolution
• Experience working with global payroll vendors and cross-functional stakeholders; Workday experience required
• Excellent program management, prioritization, and execution skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct authority, and strong judgment and communication in a high-growth global environment

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Hands-on experience with ADP Compliance and other international vendors
• Experience supporting APAC payroll operations, vendor consolidation, or global payroll transformation
• Familiarity with equity, mobility, benefits, or pension-related payroll
• Experience using automation or AI to improve payroll processes
