As Partner Sales Manager, Systems Integrators, you’ll build and grow Upsun’s business with systems integrators and larger digital agencies across North America. This is a quota-carrying role, and a rare chance to shape a new category and go-to-market from the start.

You’ll focus on partners that fit our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP): established technical teams that already run software factories to deliver custom applications for their clients. You’ll sell to CTOs, lead developers, and software architects.

• Build the pipeline: Use our IPP to identify, qualify, and prioritize SIs and larger agencies across North America, from existing Upsun partners to net-new logos.

• Own the full sales cycle: Pitch, run discovery, scope pilots, and close deals, from the first conversation with a CTO to signature with procurement and finance.

• Forecast with discipline: Keep Salesforce accurate and report on pipeline, wins, and partner health.

• Turn pilots into practices: Help partners move from a first project to a repeatable delivery practice they sell to their own clients, with Solutions Engineering and Product.

• Grow the whole account: Work closely with our Agency Partner Managers on opportunities, renewals, and expansions at the same partners

• Be the partner’s voice: Bring field feedback from SIs and agencies back to Product to shape our roadmap and partner programs.

• Meet your partners face to face: Visit partners, run roadshows, and represent Upsun at regional events to deepen relationships and grow our visibility in the SI and agency ecosystem.

• Partner and new-business experience: 5+ years selling to or through system integrators, consultancies or digital agencies at a SaaS, cloud or developer-tools company, with new-business targets met.

• Technical credibility: You understand how SIs and agencies build and run custom applications (Git, CI/CD, environments, modern frameworks, cloud platforms) and how AI-generated code is reshaping the SDLC. You learn new tech fast and can hold your own with technical stakeholders.

• Value-based selling: You can explain our full value case in the customer’s language and lead with what matters most to the person in front of you, from CTO to CFO. You’re comfortable with pricing, commitments, and contracts, and you can handle the procurement and finance conversation that follows.

• Pilot-to-production mindset: You scope pilots with clear success criteria and turn them into committed, recurring programs.

• Partner-first approach: You build long-term trust with partner executives, practice leads and tech leads, and put partner success at the heart of every deal.

• Ownership and collaboration. You run your territory like your own business, spot opportunity before it shows in the numbers, and act without being asked. You work closely with the Agency team, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to get partners the right answers fast.
