 The role  

As an SFMC - Commerce L3 Support, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities 

• • wn escalated, complex commerce incidents impacting checkout, catalog, pricing/promotions, search and order management across both SFRA and PWA storefronts 
  • Perform deep diagnosis using Business Manager, application/controller logs and API logs, together with integration monitoring across payment providers, PIM/DAM, ERP/OMS and the middleware layer 
  • Coordinate with front-end (PWA/composable storefront) and back-end (SFRA) development teams to translate root cause findings into clear, prioritized fix requirements 
  • Lead impact analysis for evolutions and change requests, including performance, security and cross-market considerations (multi-locale, cross-border commerce) 
  • Validate delivered fixes and enhancements, including coordination of regression testing and release readiness checks 
  • Oversee critical batch and integration jobs (catalog, inventory, order and price feeds) and lead recovery efforts in case of failures 
  • Support release management and sandbox/staging refresh cycles for the Commerce Cloud instances 
  • Maintain functional/technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base 
  • Provide functional leadership during peak trading events (product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal sales periods) 
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements (payment-related flows, data privacy) in all support activities 

Must have 

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• • Strong functional/technical expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, including SFRA architecture and headless/composable storefront concepts and APIs 
  • Ability to read and interpret server-side JavaScript/Node.js code and application logs to diagnose issues (this role does not require producing custom code) 
  • Experience with eCommerce integration patterns: payment gateways, tax/fraud services, PIM/DAM, OMS/ERP, via a middleware layer 
  • Strong incident and problem management background in an SLA-driven environment 
  • Experience conducting impact analysis and writing functional/technical specifications for development teams 
  • Understanding of multi-market and cross-border commerce operations 
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills 

Nice to Have 

• • Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer or Architect certification 
  • Experience with headless commerce / composable storefront implementations 
  • Experience in luxury or retail omnichannel commerce environments
