About the Role 

We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and people-first Head of Product Managment to lead our European Mobility product organization. 

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Europe Mobility, you will take full ownership of our product strategy, portfolio roadmap, and execution across 8 European countries. In this role, strategic vision must be paired with outstanding people leadership. You will manage, mentor, and grow a multi-regional team of 16 people (including Senior Product Managers, Product Owners, UI/UX, and Technical Writers), fostering a culture of trust, accountability, continuous coaching, and customer-centric execution. You will oversee and steer a solution portfolio that integrates SaaS platforms, telematics hardware, telco interfaces, and market-specific fleet management capabilities.
