Event Marketing Manager

About the Role

Parachute Health is hiring its first dedicated Event Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across the 65+ industry conferences and events we attend each year, spanning four buyer segments: HME suppliers, clinicians, health systems, and payers. This role will also lead the build-out of Parachute's owned events, such as customer advisory boards and hosted customer events.

This is a strategy-plus-execution role. You'll partner with the SVP Marketing, Chief Revenue Officer, and customer-facing leadership to decide which events we invest in and why, manage the budget across the portfolio, and drive the marketing and logistics that make each event successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual events portfolio strategy: which events to attend, at what tier of investment, and why, tied to lead generation and brand goals across all four buyer segments.
• Manage the events budget, including recommending where to increase, hold, or cut spend.
• Run event execution end-to-end: logistics, booth/asset management, staffing coordination, and on-site presence.
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Account Management so leads captured at events flow into effective marketing campaigns and timely sales and CS follow-up.
• Own lead capture, ROI tracking, and attribution for events, closing the current gap between event spend and pipeline visibility.
• Lead the design and execution of Parachute-owned events, including customer advisory boards.
• Manage external vendors supporting the events program (asset storage/shipping, lead capture tooling, and potentially contract event staff).
• Support Sales and Account Management with merchandise and collateral for key prospect and customer accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing budget and strategy for both industry conferences and owned/hosted events.
• A demonstrated ability to translate event spend into ROI: lead generation, growth within existing accounts, and brand awareness.
• Hands-on experience with lead capture tools and a CRM (HubSpot preferred), including getting event leads routed and followed up on.
• High agency and a bias toward action. Someone who keeps things moving without waiting to be told the next step.
• Creative marketer with proven experience building quality campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Comfort managing several concurrent priorities (multiple conferences in the same week is normal for this role).
• Healthcare experience (DME/HME, homecare, health system, physician group, or health plan) is a plus.
• Comfort managing vendors and using technology/AI tools to work faster and more effectively.

Base Salary Band (based on experience and level)

$105,000–$145,000
