About the Role

We’re looking for a Enterprise Demand Generation Lead — North America to drive lead generation and pipeline growth across the Americas (AMER). This is a hands-on individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing within our Enterprise Revenue Marketing organization.

You’ll own the AMER Enterprise pipeline number and the digital acquisition programs that help us reach it. Your focus will be generating the touchpoints and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) needed to meet Stage 1 (S1) opportunity targets, while building engagement with the right accounts and buying groups across sales territories.

From launching content syndication programs to optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, you’ll combine hands-on execution with a test-and-learn mindset. We’re looking for someone who follows performance beyond the lead, turns insights into action, and finds new ways to generate qualified Enterprise pipeline.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Austin, Texas office. 

Technologies You’ll Use

Claude, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, content syndication platforms, and CRM, marketing automation, and campaign analytics tools.

What You’ll Do

• Own the AMER Enterprise pipeline target for your programs, translating S1 goals into actionable touchpoint, MQL, and campaign plans.
• Build territory-level acquisition strategies that expand coverage and engagement within priority Enterprise accounts and buying groups.
• Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, managing audiences, creative, budgets, and performance.
• Manage content syndication programs, including vendor selection, targeting, lead quality, and downstream pipeline contribution.
• Experiment with new channels, offers, audiences, and campaign approaches to uncover scalable sources of qualified demand.
• Analyze the funnel from touchpoint through MQL and S1 opportunity, identifying conversion gaps and taking action to improve results.
• Allocate program budgets based on pipeline impact, balancing acquisition volume, lead quality, and efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, BDR/SDR teams, Regional Marketing, and ABM to align campaigns with territory priorities and support timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, and creative partners to deliver relevant messaging and connected prospect experiences.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking and communicate performance, risks, and recommendations with Marketing Operations and analytics partners.

Skills We’re Looking For

• Experience running hands-on B2B growth or demand generation programs that produce measurable pipeline, ideally for Enterprise audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
• Experience managing content syndication vendors and evaluating results beyond lead volume.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work backward from pipeline goals and diagnose touchpoint-to-MQL-to-opportunity conversion.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and LLMs to orchestrate and optimize programs, doing more with less
• A disciplined approach to experimentation, with clear hypotheses, success measures, and decisions about what to scale or stop.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, marketing peers, and operations teams to turn campaign engagement into qualified opportunities.
• Strong ownership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple programs independently.

Bonus Skills

• Experience marketing data infrastructure, analytics, developer tools, or other technical B2B products.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing, buying-group targeting, and territory-level demand planning.
• Experience improving landing pages, offers, and creative through conversion testing.
• Familiarity with attribution, intent data, and account-level engagement measurement.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, creative iteration, and analysis while maintaining quality and accuracy.
