Enterprise Account Executive - BFSI/Transport/Real Estate/Utilities & Energy Sector

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to drive Commvault's growth across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts in Singapore. You will be accountable for achieving quota by winning new business and expanding existing enterprise customers and high-value prospects within the territory. 

You will own the full sales lifecycle and work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and execute multi-quarter growth strategies. The role requires disciplined account planning, strong executive engagement and the ability to position Commvault's secure software, SaaS, AI-enabled and cloud-based data protection solutions against customers' compliance, resilience and digital transformation priorities.

Key Objectives:

Achieve and Exceed Sales Quota                                                                                                                                    

Drive quarterly and annual revenue by securing new wins and expanding existing strategic accounts, directly and with partners and alliances. 

Develop Strategic Account Plans                                                                                                                         

Create and execute multi-year plans for priority accounts, linking growth opportunities to customer objectives, financial goals and measurable success outcomes.

Lead Executive and Cross-Functional Engagement                                                                                                                

Coordinate customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, Sales Engineers, Services, Marketing, Legal, Finance and partners to progress and close high-value opportunities. 

Position Commvault as the Data Resilience Partner of Choice                                               

Demonstrate the business value of secure, scalable and compliant data management solutions, including AI and cloud capabilities. 

How you will make an impact:

• Own revenue performance across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, balancing new customer acquisition with expansion of existing relationships. 

• Develop and execute territory and account plans that identify whitespace, buying centres, competitive dynamics and clear pathways to growth. 

• Build high-value sales campaigns and manage complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups from technical evaluation through procurement and executive approval. 

• Create compelling business cases and executive briefings that connect Commvault's solutions to customers' AI, cloud transformation and cyber resilience objectives. 

• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Legal, Finance and Services Delivery teams to progress opportunities and deliver successful customer outcomes. 

• Leverage channel and alliance partners to develop joint solutions, accelerate procurement and extend reach within priority accounts. 

• Maintain strong pipeline coverage, accurate forecasting, consistent sales activity and high-quality CRM data. 

• Stay current with developments in cybersecurity, AI and machine learning, secure cloud and digital transformation. 

What you will bring:

• Demonstrated success in enterprise software or SaaS sales to large organisations, ideally within regulated or complex industries. 
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota through strategic account growth, new customer acquisition and disciplined opportunity management. 
• Experience selling AI, cloud or security solutions and translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. 
• Strong understanding of complex buying cycles, including procurement processes, compliance frameworks and security requirements. 
• Experience closing six- and seven-figure opportunities in strategic, consultative sales environments. 
• Knowledge of data protection, disaster recovery or information management solutions. 
• Relevant relationships across financial services and enterprise accounts in Singapore, supported by strong prospecting and hunting capability. 
• Proven ability to engage and influence CIOs, CISOs, procurement leaders and other senior stakeholders. 
• Experience working with and through channel and alliance partners. 
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or equivalent. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills. 
• Strong operational discipline, including experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecasting and deal progression. 
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work across Commvault's Sales Engineering, Partner, Marketing and other teams to build and execute detailed strategic account growth plans.
