Delivery Team Manager

What will your day look like?

You will be responsible for leading a local delivery team and ensuring that day-to-day work runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal departments and stakeholders to understand what needs to be delivered, align on priorities, and help the team stay focused on the right outcomes.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead a local delivery team of approximately 15 people.
• Oversee daily delivery, helping ensure work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the expected quality.
• Translate business and client priorities into clear direction for the team.
• Partner with internal teams to align expectations, solve issues, and keep work moving.
• Create a team environment built on collaboration, trust, accountability, and strong performance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve how the team works within a standardized service model.

You will join 200+ colleagues in Marketing Operations across Copenhagen, Toronto, Bangkok, and San José, working with some of the world's most recognized brands.

What will you bring to the table?

You bring experience navigating complexity and delivering against client requirements and defined scope. You have prior people-management experience and can lead, motivate, and engage a diverse team of individual contributors within a global setup.

You also bring experience with commercial responsibility for delivery execution, balancing client commitments, quality, efficiency, and financial outcomes. Previous Marketing Operations experience and familiarity with CRM and MarTech are strong assets.
