Delivery Manager

 Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días en oficina, 2 de HO)

Ubicación: Torre MAPFRE, Reforma CDMX

Objetivo del Puesto:

Definición y planeación del release y la medición de beneficios, garantizando entregas predecibles, control de métricas y generación de valor al negocio. El puesto demanda liderazgo transversal, pensamiento analítico, criterio técnico funcional y alta capacidad de negociación para balancear demanda, capacidad y prioridades estratégicas.

Alcance y Responsabilidades Principales:

1) Planeación y Preparación de Iniciativas

2) Gobierno de Planeación Bimestral (PI Planning)

Se requiere lógica técnica funcional: comprender la secuencia natural de construcción (integraciones, backend, frontend, QA y liberación) y sus dependencias. No se requiere especialización profunda en desarrollo o arquitectura.

3) Ejecución y Seguimiento de Delivery

4) Gobierno de Release

5) Medición de Resultados y Valor
