About the Role

iCapital Network is seeking an Associate for the International Client Solutions Asia Pacific team to contribute to the development and execution of iCapital’s international expansion strategy in the region.

In this role, you will support the relationship management and business development activities of iCapital with a primary focus on Banks/Wealth Managers. iCapital’s rapid international expansion creates an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. 

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of relationships with Private Banks, Wealth Managers, and Multi-Family Offices across the Southeast Asia region.
• Assist in delivering a consultative client experience by identifying opportunities to deepen engagement across iCapital's platform and solutions.
• Coordinate and support internal projects, helping to develop processes, tracking tools, and operating frameworks for the team.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and analyses to support business development and relationship management activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of private markets and alternative investments and effectively communicate iCapital's solutions and capabilities to clients and partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, legal, compliance, and fund management teams, to support fund launches and strategic initiatives.
• Gather and share market intelligence, including competitive developments, investor trends, and client feedback, with internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day client requests and follow-ups, ensuring timely execution and a high standard of client service.
• Support relationship managers in identifying opportunities for client expansion, increased platform adoption, and deeper client engagement.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions colleagues globally on initiatives related to client development, coverage strategy, and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Solid academic credentials in relevant field
•  3+ years of solid work experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry, with a demonstrated track record in developing and managing client relationships is a must.
• Adequate exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes, and an understanding of the distribution model is highly preferred. 
• Entrepreneurial approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated capabilities to build trust, and strategically manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Familiar with AI tools and modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and comfortable using them to improve productivity, client coverage and reporting
• Highly collaborative, and able to think strategically about business opportunities and client management
• Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment, are self-motivated, with a hands-on attitude
• Fluency in English required; ability to speak other Asian languages are a strong asset
