We are building one of India’s largest commercial video data collection networks and looking for highly driven field operators who can build teams, close business deals, and drive on-ground operations.
This is not a desk job.
This role is for hustlers who can operate independently, unlock locations, manage people, and deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses
- Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection
- Build relationships and close partnerships
- Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs)
- Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations
- Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality
- Expand into new categories and new areas
