Perfil de puesto: Business Analyst
Objetivo del puesto Actuar como enlace entre las áreas de negocio de Aeroméxico y los equipos de desarrollo de software, identificando, analizando y documentando requerimientos funcionales y técnicos para asegurar la entrega de soluciones tecnológicas alineadas con las necesidades del negocio, los estándares de calidad y los objetivos del proyecto. Responsabilidades principales
- Realizar el levantamiento, análisis, validación y documentación de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
- Facilitar sesiones de trabajo con stakeholders, usuarios clave, Product Owners, arquitectos y equipos técnicos.
- Traducir las necesidades del negocio en historias de usuario, casos de uso, reglas de negocio y criterios de aceptación.
- Elaborar especificaciones funcionales, diagramas de procesos, flujos de navegación y documentación técnica-funcional.
- Analizar procesos AS-IS y diseñar propuestas TO-BE para optimizar procesos y habilitar soluciones digitales.
- Trabajar de manera coordinada con desarrolladores, arquitectos de software, QA y líderes técnicos durante el ciclo de vida del desarrollo.
- Resolver dudas funcionales del equipo de desarrollo y asegurar el entendimiento de los requerimientos antes y durante la construcción de las soluciones.
- Gestionar cambios de requerimientos, dependencias, impactos funcionales y trazabilidad de las necesidades del negocios
- Participar en refinamientos de backlog, planificación de sprints, revisiones y ceremonias ágiles.
- Definir escenarios de prueba y criterios de aceptación; apoyar las pruebas funcionales, pruebas integrales y pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT).
- Validar que las soluciones entregadas cumplan con los requerimientos definidos y gestionar las observaciones funcionales identificadas.
- Dar seguimiento a defectos, incidencias y desviaciones, colaborando con desarrollo y QA hasta su resolución.
- Mantener actualizada la documentación funcional y asegurar la trazabilidad entre requerimientos, desarrollo y pruebas.
Requisitos indispensables
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.
- Experiencia de mas de 5 años como Business Analyst, Analista Funcional o posición equivalente en proyectos de desarrollo de software.
- Experiencia comprobable en fábricas de software, desarrollo de aplicaciones o proyectos de implementación tecnológica.
- Experiencia en levantamiento y análisis de requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
- Dominio de historias de usuario, casos de uso, reglas de negocio y criterios de aceptación.
- Experiencia colaborando con desarrolladores, QA, arquitectos de software y líderes técnicos.
- Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software (SDLC).
- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles, principalmente Scrum y Kanban.
- Manejo de Jira y Confluence, Azure DevOps o herramientas equivalentes.
- Conocimiento de diagramación de procesos y modelado funcional mediante BPMN, UML o herramientas similares.
- Capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica y comprender integraciones entre sistemas, servicios y APIs.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, análisis, documentación y resolución de problemas.
