Agency Partner

As an Agency Partner at MNTN, you'll help media agencies unlock growth for their clients through Connected TV. You'll own the full sales cycle with agency partners, becoming a trusted resource on how they plan, buy, and scale CTV for their client rosters.

You'll focus on building deep agency partnerships, building programs around co-marketing, tech integration, and enablement, and developing a deep understanding of media plans and campaign strategy for client accounts. You’ll provide a consultative experience that earns trust with both agency leadership and the client teams they represent. You'll work alongside a dedicated Agency Partner Manager in a shared pod model, from commitment through onboarding and across the full agency lifecycle, jointly accountable for growing each agency's business on MNTN and expanding the partnership across their client roster. Together, you'll own a shared revenue target and help grow one of MNTN's fastest-growing partner segments.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle for new agency partnerships, building trusted relationships with agency leadership and media planners & buyers to build durable partnerships that lead to last-mile account activations and growth. 
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified agency opportunities through strategic prospecting, inbound demand, referrals, and industry events/conferences.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand an agency's client mix, media planning process, and how CTV fits into their broader channel strategy.
• Deliver tailored platform demonstrations that speak to both agency workflow needs (multi-client management, reporting) and end-client performance goals.
• Become a trusted advisor on Connected TV, performance marketing, and how agencies can differentiate their offering for clients.
• Grow existing agency partnerships by activating net-new brands and client teams within their roster, working alongside your Agency Partner Manager who owns growth of brands already running.
• Partner closely with your Agency Partner Manager to ensure every new agency and their clients launch successfully, with scalable onboarding across multiple accounts.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders within an agency to integrate MNTN as a repeatable media channel for their client portfolio. 
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene while leveraging AI, Salesforce, and modern sales tools.
• Share agency VOC competitive insights and market trends that help improve MNTN's agency go-to-market strategy and partner program.

• Consistently meet or exceed agency revenue goals while maintaining healthy pipeline coverage.
• Build a pipeline of qualified agency opportunities that progresses efficiently, accounting for longer, multi-stakeholder agency sales cycles.
• Deliver a consultative experience that earns trust across agency teams and turns into durable, multi-client partnerships.
• Partner seamlessly with your Agency Partner Manager so agencies can onboard and scale across their client base quickly.
• Contribute ideas that improve MNTN's agency playbooks, partner enablement, and client experience.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role selling into or working within agencies in CTV, paid social, search, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or another consultative B2B environment with agency exposure.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding business quotas, ideally with agency or channel partner accounts.
• Familiarity with agency structures and how media planning/buying decisions get made across client rosters.
• Strong prospecting skills and the discipline to build pipeline through strategic outbound, inbound follow-up, and agency account mapping.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with both agency practitioners and senior stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, AI tools, and other modern sales technology.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, and  DR performance marketing; agency-side experience is a strong plus.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate an agency's client challenges into compelling business outcomes.
• Analytical and data-driven operator.
• A builder mindset, comfortable navigating longer, more complex agency sales cycles and helping shape a scaling partner program.
