Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist to join the Ealing Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy Service, including the Stroke and Neuro Team. This role is based primarily at Clayponds Hospital Outpatient Site, with services delivered across a range of community settings.

You will work with adults presenting with communication and/or swallowing disorders, providing high-quality, person-centred care across outpatient clinics, clients’ own homes, residential homes and nursing homes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Band 6 therapist looking to develop their autonomous practice within a supportive and well-established community service.
