Buscamos un Administrador de Salesforce Marketing Cloud responsable de la configuración, administración y operación de la plataforma, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de campañas, bases de datos, automatizaciones e integraciones.
La persona colaborará con los equipos de Marketing, Negocio y Tecnología para optimizar la comunicación con clientes y maximizar el aprovechamiento de las funcionalidades de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsabilidades

Administrar y configurar la plataforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Gestionar usuarios, permisos y roles dentro de la plataforma.
-
Administrar audiencias, Data Extensions, listas y procesos de segmentación.
-
Configurar, ejecutar y monitorear automatizaciones mediante Automation Studio.
-
Administrar campañas de Email Marketing y Customer Journeys.
-
Garantizar la calidad, integridad y gobernanza de los datos utilizados en las campañas.
-
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las integraciones entre Marketing Cloud y otros sistemas.
-
Monitorear la entregabilidad, las métricas y el desempeño de las campañas.
-
Brindar soporte funcional a usuarios internos y áreas de negocio.
-
Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.
Requisitos
-
Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería o carrera afín.
-
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia administrando Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
-
Experiencia en la gestión y ejecución de campañas de Email Marketing.

Conocimientos y experiencia práctica en las siguientes herramientas y funcionalidades:

Journey Builder.
-
Automation Studio.
-
Contact Builder.
-
Email Studio.
-
Data Extensions.
-
Segmentación de audiencias (Audience Segmentation).
-
SQL aplicado a Marketing Cloud.
-

Experiencia en gestión, validación y control de calidad de datos.

Conocimientos de integraciones mediante APIs (deseable).
Conocimientos deseables

Certificación Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.

Certificación Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
-
Conocimientos de Salesforce CRM, particularmente Sales Cloud y Service Cloud.
-
Experiencia en proyectos de Marketing Digital y automatización de campañas.

Conocimientos de AMPscript y HTML para el desarrollo y personalización de correos electrónicos.
