Channel Marketing Campaigns you help plan and execute result in measurable growth in candidate engagement across social media, email, and job platforms. Content you create strengthens the company's employer brand and resonates with the target audience. You identify and optimize high-performing channels , making campaigns more effective over time. Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team ensures consistent and impactful messaging across all recruitment channels. B. University Partnerships Relationships you build with universities, student organizations, and career centers lead to expanded early-talent pipelines . Campus events and initiatives you support deliver high engagement and positive candidate experiences . Feedback from universities and students informs strategic improvements in partnership programs. Campus ambassador programs and outreach activities enhance the company's presence and employer brand on key campuses.
