This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions About the role We are looking for a software integration engineer who can champion the delivery of features in our newest product. This involves working across software and hardware to ensure that the full system is integrated together seamlessly when it needs to be delivered to the customer. At Applied Intuition, you will: Deliver full-system features that span software and hardware that meet customer requirements Directly interact with the customers at the customer site to identify the target use-cases, then manage the project to complete the integration Work cross-functionally with the product, software, mechanical and electrical teams to develop and deploy systems Develop a deep understanding of the entire system architecture and how the software and hardware components interact Design and bring up test rigs needed for end-to-end testing and validation of system performance Test and troubleshoot integration between various components to ensure reliability We're looking for someone who has: 2+ years of experience in software integration or development An understanding of electronic systems and how how to setup and debug them Experience with developing or testing software applications Software development experience in Python or C/C++ Familiarity with Linux development and Bash scripting Nice to have: Experience in the automotive industry and working with automotive technologies including CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Simulink, AUTOSAR, etc Experience interacting with customers to deliver projects that meet their requirements Experience developing software for large projects (CI/CD, release process, etc) Familiarity with developing software for embedded systems Skills in other adjacent areas (CAD/3D printing, PCB design, etc) Benefits: 30 days of paid vacation per year Free daily lunch and dinner in the office, plus breakfast, snacks, and drinks Supplemental private health insurance (PrivatAccess Silver) — specialist appointments within 7 working days and surgery within 14, plus long-term sickness income insurance, premium waiver insurance, and group life insurance (TGL) Occupational pension: 4.5% of salary up to the statutory income ceiling and 30% of salary above it 9,360 SEK annual learning & development and 5,615 SEK annual fitness budget 25 free Lyra coaching or therapy sessions per year for you and each of your dependents Generous parental leave: on top of statutory parental leave Don’t meet every single requirement?
