The opportunity : We are seeking a motivated Senior Learning Program Manager to oversee the curriculum development and content delivery of our programs as we continue to grow! As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful learning outcomes for our students. This hybrid role (T/W/Th in our lower Manhattan office) reports into our Head of Learning. What you’ll do : Oversee content development projects, including refining existing programs and managing the successful launch of new programs Lead a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to support content creation efforts Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure our educational programs consistently meet high standards of accuracy and relevance Experiment with new content modalities to enhance student learning experience, including skills lab, simulation, etc. Conduct and analyze data on program performance, learners engagement and outcomes. Use data driven insights to make informed decisions and drive program improvements What you’ll bring : 7+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an EdTech environment Experience managing end-to-end content development and the ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible elements Experience in instructional design, preferably in an online/virtual context The ability to thrive in a startup environment that requires scrappiness, resilience, and adaptability Strong understanding of EdTech, online pedagogy, and adult learners’ needs Analytical and data-driven decision making skills Strong communication skills Bonus points if : You've worked in EdTech You've worked with allied healthcare education programs You’ve worked with or led a team of curriculum developers Interview Process : Introductory call with Talent Acquisition team member Interview with Hiring Manager Take-Home Assignment Virtual Panel Interview On-Site Panel Interview Benefits and Compensation : Meaningful Equity Stake Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options 401(k) FSA, HSA and commuter benefits Learning stipend Open vacation policy, including: Guidance of 15 days PTO annually Stepful closed the last week of December 15 work-from-anywhere days 10 public holidays observed for 2026 The target base salary range for this opportunity is $115,000 - $130,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations. Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary.
