Your role at Hostinger As Principal Delivery Partner / Delivery Operations Lead, you'll work across multiple engineering guilds - QA, FE, BE, DevOps, Automation - and product teams to make sure delivery isn't just happening, but is predictable, visible, and continuously improving. Success in this role means making delivery transparent and measurable, accelerating cross-team initiatives with less friction, reducing ownership gaps, and building leadership confidence that execution is under control. This is not a coordination role - it's a systems and execution role. Curious to learn more? Connect with your team: Asta Dagienė, Head of Delivery Your day-to-day Analyze delivery across teams and identify gaps in processes, ownership, and coordination Implement lightweight, scalable improvements to delivery systems Build dashboards, define meaningful metrics, and contribute to WBR Turn data into actionable insights Drive stalled initiatives and clarify ownership, priorities, and next steps Align teams and ensure smooth execution across functions Introduce AI/automation and improve planning, reporting, and coordination Reduce manual operational overhead Define ownership boundaries, introduce guardrails, and strengthen collaboration at scale Your expertise and experience Experience working with engineering or product organizations Background in delivery, operations, program management, or transformation Experience managing cross-team initiatives in complex environments Strong understanding of metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making Systems thinking and ability to see patterns beyond individual problems Ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure and actionable plans Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior engineers and leaders Ability to challenge and improve existing ways of working Proactive mindset with focus on improving processes, not just maintaining them Comfortable operating in ambiguity and complexity Willingness to push when things are not working Outcome-oriented approach rather than activity-focused Meet your team The Delivery team sits at the heart of Hostinger's Product organisation. We make sure product teams ship faster, more predictably, and with higher quality - tracking delivery metrics, removing blockers, and continuously improving how we work. We're responsible for growing the skills of engineers across different product areas, proposing tooling improvements, and regularly reviewing what's no longer working - simplifying processes so teams can focus on what matters. One example of that work: Dex - the Slack app that has quickly become one of the fastest and most productive tools at Hostinger - was born from this team. You'll work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers across Hosting, Website Builder, VPS, Domains, and more - collaborating with Product leadership to keep delivery visibility high across the entire department.
