(Learn more about Bounce's Series B HERE and also learn about our Japan Expansion HERE ) About the role… As part of Bounce's Partnerships Sales Intern, you'll join a new team built to launch a career in B2B sales, for 6 months. You'll own your own market, work a daily pipeline, and be mentored one-to-one by one of the two people who built this channel at Bounce. By the end of the intern programme you'll have run hundreds of B2B conversations, negotiated your own commercial terms, and have a track record you can point to. Start date: January 2027 Duration: 6 months Where you come in… You own outbound acquisition of partnerships in your market, from the first call to the partner's first booking You work a daily pipeline of leads that arrive already researched and qualified, so your time goes into conversations, not spreadsheets You run the discovery call, work out whether there's a real fit, and handle the follow-ups when people don't pick up first time You negotiate the commercial terms, onboard the partner and make sure they are producing with Bounce. You're accountable for accounts that produce, not accounts that you sign. Your target is clear: 100 new producing partners over the six months. You log what happens on every call, because the whole programme decisions are made on the data you’re collecting. You work closely with your mentor and manager, who qualified every lead you call and coaches you on the ones that go wrong. Your profile… Fluent in English and fluent Portuguese or French or Italian. Having some commercial experience is a plus (not mandatory), in an internship or otherwise You're comfortable on the phone and at volume, making you the most resilient person in the room — most calls won't be answered, and that doesn't slow you down You can hold a professional, credible conversation with a business owner or operations directors. These are B2B conversations with people running real companies. You're organized enough to work a list in order rather than cherry-picking, and honest enough to log the calls that went badly. Comfortable with rejection, and curious about why a "no" happened Nice to have: experience into travel, hospitality, property management or any B2B partnerships background.
