About the role B2B Marketing at ElevenLabs is scaling fast - more in-person events, a growing lifecycle program, and rapid global expansion - and we need a dedicated marketing operations hire to build the infrastructure we need to keep up and enable the rest of the team to move faster. This person will own our tooling and integrations, build automations around pre and post event promotion, maintain the health and segmentation of our marketing contact data, and the automation that accelerates global expansion. They need to work AI-first - dogfooding ElevenLabs in their own workflows - and are as comfortable wiring up low-code tools as they are vibe-coding a lightweight internal app to fill a gap. What you will do Event automations & tooling. As our investment in in-person events grows, build the infrastructure to scale it: maintain and develop our event lead-capture app, build and run event automations tied to Splash and Clay, automate pre-event promotion and rep enablement, and automate post-event follow-up. HubSpot contact data & segmentation. Our lifecycle email is only as good as the data behind it. Enrich and maintain the HubSpot contact database, drive data quality, and build the segmentation that the lifecycle team activates. You own the data and segmentation layer - not the email sends themselves. Global-expansion automation. Build automations that speed up our global rollout - for example, an automated pipeline that uses ElevenLabs to generate localized versions of performance-marketing creative and then routes them to the relevant geo leads for quality verification and approval. Develop and iterate on content formats that drive engagement and show product capabilities to creators and marketers Requirements Prior experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or revenue operations. Fluent in B2B revenue concepts - Sales Qualified Lead, MQL/PQL, pipeline and funnel stages - and how ops supports them. Hands-on with HubSpot (our marketing system of record) and Salesforce (our sales system of record). Comfortable building automations across low-code tooling (HubSpot workflows, Salesforce, Clay, Splash, Zapier/n8n) and able to "vibe-code" lightweight internal tools and integrations. Strong data-hygiene instincts: enrichment, deduplication, and segmentation done rigorously. A builder's mindset - excited to create net-new automation for us, not just maintain what exists - and genuinely excited to work AI-first and dogfood ElevenLabs. Location This role is remote and can be executed globally.
