As Lead of Product Marketing for your product, you'll lead the product marketing strategy and the execution of key initiatives, with a clear mission: scale your product by identifying new growth opportunities and unlocking global growth through diverse acquisition channels.Curious to learn more? Connect with your hiring managers: Skaistė Krikščiūnaitė, Head of VPS Marketing Your day-to-day Act as a CMO of your product. Own performance against the plan for your product: new billings, new users and other acquisition metrics, ROAS. Develop and own the go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, and growth targets. Monitor and translate emerging trends and test them to scale growth using real-time performance metrics. Scope and prioritize marketing activities based on business needs, impact, and industry trends. Partner with Product, Performance, and Organic teams: aligning roadmaps, co-owning launches, and accelerating adoption in priority markets. Lead from the front with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude - setting the pace for the team and owning the outcome. Your expertise and experience 4+ years of experience in product marketing and digital marketing. Proven track record of driving business growth through product and performance marketing. Experience leading GTM strategy and execution. Strong skills in product positioning and messaging. Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and how to move them. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals. High attention to detail, including precise and effective written and verbal communication. Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
