Co-working : If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer based out of our New York office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home. What You'll Do Device lifecycle management : assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping Office IT support : provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our New York office, as well as support with expansions and/or office buildouts AV support : ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably End-user support: be the first point of contact for the team by logging, prioritising and resolving support tickets in a timely manner, keeping end users informed throughout. Onboarding : run IT onboarding calls for new joiners New IT projects : contribute to IT initiatives Automation and tooling : build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work Documentation : write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides (fixes, processes and playbooks) to continue building out our internal knowledge base What you bring A friendly, end-user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems. Strong organisational skills, attention to details and a proactive mindset. Solid IT fundamentals (macOS, iOS and Android Operating systems, networking basics, SaaS tooling, AV systems etc.) Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet or similar) Experience with Okta (or similar IdP) and understanding of access management principles, SSO, MFA and user/group management. A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly Clear written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing helpful documentation.
