Deepgram Inc. is seeking a dedicated and technically minded Infrastructure Partner Director to join our team. This role will manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners critical to Deepgram’s deployment flexibility and performance, focusing on technical integrations and joint go-to-market motions. You will play a critical role in expanding Deepgram’s deployment options and co-sell opportunities by deepening technical and business engagement with foundational partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to define joint solutions, execute technical integrations, and drive measurable revenue growth. Key Partners This role will manage relationships with HPE, Dell, NVIDIA, Groq, Cloudflare , and their related partners and ecosystems. It does not include AWS or GCP. What You’ll Do Manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners. Drive technical integrations, joint solution architecture, and co-engineering initiatives with partners. Identify joint go-to-market motions with infrastructure sales teams to expand co-sell opportunities. Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions. Monitor and report on the progress of joint solution development timelines and infrastructure integrations. Participate in partner and customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close OEM/resale and referral deals. Work across the organization to build product partner materials for internal and external audiences. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner infrastructure initiatives. Success Metrics Number of successful infrastructure integrations. OEM/resale and referral revenue. Joint solution development timelines. What You Bring Proven track record in partner management, business development, or technical sales roles within the technology or infrastructure industry. Demonstrated experience driving technical and business engagement with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals. It Would Be Great If You Also Had Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains.
