About the role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven General Manager - Saudi Arabia who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the Saudi Arabia strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our Middle East business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals. Responsibilities • Revenue Growth Strategy & Targets : Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the Saudi Arabia market. • Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape. • Lead Generation : Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales. • Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates. • Client and Partner Relationships : Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business. • Brand Positioning : Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Saudi Arabia market to attract and retain clients. • Team Building : Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team. • Performance Management : Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets. • Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
