Your role at Hostinger You'll join the team that is building an AI-powered platforms that helps anyone turn an idea into a website, online store, or web app. This isn't a "ticket-to-deploy" role. You'll own problems end-to-end: from identifying customer needs to shipping solutions and measuring their impact. In addition, you will work in a cross functional team and collaborate with designers, quality engineers, AI engineers and engineers from different teams. We move fast, with high autonomy and broad ownership. AI agents are part of how we build every day - helping us experiment faster and solve bigger problems. Curious to learn more? Meet your future Team Lead: Tadas Paplauskas, Engineering Manager Your day-to-day Own problems, not tickets - Take a customer problem from idea to production. You define the solution, you ship it, you measure whether it worked. Move across the stack - Frontend, backend, infra - wherever the problem lives, that's where you go. You're not a frontend or backend engineer; you're a product engineer. Build with agents, not just autocomplete - You orchestrate agents across specs, code, tests, and analysis. You're the builder; agents write a large share of the code. Reviewing, steering, and knowing when to throw their output away is the actual skill. Operate with minimal guidance - You don't wait for perfect specs. You ask the right questions, make reasonable assumptions, and ship. Collaborate directly - Work with designers, PMs, data, and other engineers in small, autonomous squads. No layers, no hand-offs. Improve the system - spot patterns that slow the team down, propose what to delegate to agents, and implement the changes. What will help you succeed 2+ years of experience of shipping real products that users touched Proven full-stack experience: comfortable on both sides of the stack - Node.js backend + Vue.js/React/Angular frontend Demonstrated experience using AI tools in your actual workflow. Whether it’s Claude Code / Cursor / Codex, the tooling is provided, you bring the knowledge of power-user.
