Joining us, you will: Own the data subject request process end-to-end, from monitoring incoming requests to tracking deadlines and sending replies using our standard templates Work directly with experienced Data Privacy lawyers and teams across Nelly, our customers, and our partner to resolve more complex cases Shape how this process scales as Nelly grows, spotting bottlenecks and driving the improvements (including AI and API integrations) that cut response times What you'll bring: You're currently studying law with an interest in data privacy or tech-related legal topics You take ownership: once a request lands in your queue, you see it through rather than waiting to be told what's next You're organized and detail-oriented, juggling multiple requests and deadlines at once doesn't stress you out, it's exactly the kind of structure you're good at bringing You're reliable and follow through, since teams across Nelly and our practices depend on requests being handled on time You're proactive about reaching out, comfortable finding and pinging the right person in Legal, Customer Success, or elsewhere in the company to get what you need to close out a case You're fluent in German and English Prior exposure to Data Privacy is a nice-to-have, not a must Our Interview Process: Intro Interview with our Talent team Hiring Manager Call with Anna, Senior Legal Counsel Final Round, On-site with Anna and Tobias (General Counsel) What we offer: Deutschlandticket (public transport pass covering all of Germany) or Swapfiets membership, so you get around the city fast Urban Sports Club membership, for sport and balance Flexible working hours and a hybrid setup Up to 4 weeks of workation A dog-friendly office with great vibes and a team that's fun to work with Snacks and a fridge full of cold drinks We welcome applications from people of all genders and backgrounds, regardless of origin or age.
