Unser Anspruch ist Margenqualität statt Umsatz um jeden Preis. Du arbeitest dabei direkt mit der Unternehmensleitung zusammen und hilfst, aus Ideen saubere Prozesse, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu machen: Mit Analysen, Reportings und Vorlagen unterstützt du den Aufbau von Finance, Einkauf und Kostenmanagement. Du dokumentierst die Prozesse in deinem Bereich und bereitest Workshops und Entscheidungsvorlagen vor Du wirkst bei Angeboten und Rechnungen mit und hältst nach, dass nichts liegen bleibt. Du koordinierst Termine und Maßnahmen, damit Aufträge reibungslos laufen. Dein Profil Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben, egal in welchem Semester. BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Controlling passen gut, verwandte Studiengänge sind ebenso willkommen. Buchhaltungs- oder Einkaufswissen musst du nicht mitbringen. Wenn du gern mit Zahlen arbeitest und dich einarbeiten willst, reicht das. Erste Erfahrung aus Praktika, Hochschulprojekten oder Ehrenamt ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Du arbeitest genau und kommst mit Excel und Microsoft 365 zurecht. Erfahrung mit Claude ist von Vorteil. Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau. Das ist unsere einzige feste Voraussetzung.
