Erfahrung im HR oder in der Personalvermittlung brauchst ist nicht notwendig. Wichtig ist, dass du schon gearbeitet hast, ob an der Kasse bei DM oder im Restaurant. Aufgaben Verfassen von Stellenausschreibungen , auf Englisch & deutsch Erste Anlaufstelle für Bewerber und Kundenfragen (Slack & E-Mail) Screening von Bewerber:innen via Video Call Durchführung erster Interviews mit Fokus auf Core Values und Social Skills Active Sourcing über Linkedin und Co. Über den Tellerrand blicken: - Verbesserung und Aufbau von Recruiting-Prozessen - Implemtieren von AI Tools Qualifikation Kundenkontakt: erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt Immatrikuliert noch mind 1 Jahr an einer deutschen Hochschule / Uni Deutsch & Englisch fließend Effizientes arbeiten & klares kommunizieren & KPI gesteuert Notion-Erfahrung : sicherer Umgang mit Workflows, Templates und Prozessaufbau AI-affin : Interesse und Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Optimierung von Recruiting-Prozessen Benefits Aufbau einer Recruiting-Agentur : Sei von Anfang an Teil und gestalte aktiv mit Flexibles Arbeiten : Entscheide selbst, wann und wie du arbeitest Work from Anywhere : Arbeite, wo du willst – 100% remote Hands-on-Mentalität : Du kannst wirklich etwas bewegen und direkten Impact haben Arbeitsaufwand ca. 15-20 Std. pro Woche Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
