Wir übernehmen etablierte regionale Steuerberatungskanzleien und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften und führen sie in einer zentralen Gruppe zusammen. Unser Team (ex Blackstone, Bain, KPMG, PwC, Kontist, Klarna) vereint unternehmerische mit technologischer Exzellenz. Für den Aufbau unserer Group Finance Abteilung suchen wir Unterstützung, von der laufenden Buchhaltung über Planung und Controlling bis zum Reporting an Board und Investoren. Du gestaltest die Finance-Organisation einer wachsenden Gruppe von Anfang an mit, und deine Zahlen sind die Grundlage, auf der Management und Investoren steuern. Deine Aufgaben Buchhaltung : Unterstützung der laufenden Buchhaltung der Holding als verlässliche Basis für Reporting und Steuerung. Finance-Prozesse : Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Prozesse in unserer Holding-Organisation. Board- und Investor-Reporting : Vorbereitung von Reportings und Unterlagen für Board und Investoren. Prozesse & Automatisierung : Definition neuartiger Prozesse und Aufbau von Automatisierungen mit KI. Dein Profil Studium: Ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Masterstudium mit wirtschaftlichem, technischem oder vergleichbarem Schwerpunkt, oder Du stehst kurz vor dem Bachelorabschluss mit sehr guten Noten. Praxiserfahrung: Erste Praxiserfahrung aus Corporate Finance, Buchhaltung, Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder vergleichbaren Bereichen. Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an Excel und PowerPoint sowie die Bereitschaft, Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Das erwartet dich bei uns Mitgestaltung : Du unterstützt den Aufbau der Finance-Organisation einer wachsenden Gruppe und arbeitest eng mit unserem Management-Team und CFO zusammen. Nähe zum Investor : Du bereitest Board- und Investor-Reportings mit vor und bekommst direkten Einblick in die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Private-Equity-Investor. Eigene Themen : Du übernimmst Verantwortung für einzelne Themen, etwa Prozesse oder Automatisierungen, und stimmst dich dabei direkt mit den Kanzlei-Management-Teams ab.
