Wir verfügen über Büros in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt a. M. und München. Unsere Immobilienspezialisten managen ein deutschlandweites Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilien-Portfolio mit einem Immobilienvermögen von rund 3,5 Mrd. Euro für renommierte Kunden. Deine Rolle Du unterstützt unser Team 01 Fund Management z. B. im Portfoliomanagement laufender Fonds und Mandate, bei der Erstellung von Objekt-, Fonds- und Kunden-Reportings sowie bei der Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen. 02 Asset Management z. B. bei der Vermietung und Vermarktung von Flächen, der Erstellung von Business Plänen und objektbezogenen Kunden-Reportings sowie der Umsetzungen von Maßnahmen am Objekt. 03 Strategy & Sustainability z.B. bei der Realisierung von Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten auf Mandats- und Objektebene, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der ESG-Strategie sowie Corporate- Governance und Risikomanagement Aufgaben.
