Aufgaben Du entwickelst Suchstrategien und nutzt alle klassischen Recruiting-Tools sowie Active Sourcing Du führst Vorstellungsgespräche und übernimmst die Vorauswahl für unsere Kundenunternehmen Du übernimmst mit erfahrenen Kollegen die Verantwortung für ganze Kundenprojekte Qualifikation Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und an dem Aufbau eines sozialen Netzwerks Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten Du bist motiviert, eigene Ziele zu erreichen und hast Freude an persönlichen Herausforderungen Du bist ein offener, positiver Mensch, bringst Humor mit und hast Lust auf eine dynamische und wertschätzende Arbeitsumgebung, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig Benefits Ein hohes, attraktives Gehalt.
