In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du uns mit ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche bei der Analyse und Aufbereitung finanzieller Daten und erhältst dabei praxisnahe Einblicke in das Controlling einer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe. Deine Aufgaben: Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen in enger Abstimmung mit der Hauptbuchhaltung Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Koordination von Jahresabschlüssen (national & international) Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Plan-Ist- sowie Ist-Ist-Vergleichen Aufbereitung von Reports, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen, Kosten-Leistungsrechnung und Sonderanalysen Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Prozesse und Reporting-Strukturen, auch mittels KI Dein Profil: Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen, möglichst im Bachelorstudium mit Anschluss zum Masterstudium Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen sind von Vorteil Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie Freude an der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer offenen und kommunikativen Art Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Interesse daran, neue Aufgaben und Zusammenhänge kennenzulernen Interesse an einer längerfristigen Zusammenarbeit mit einem Umfang von 20 Stunden pro Woche Warum wir: Sammle praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling einer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe und bringe deine Ideen aktiv ein.
