About the role We're looking for a Visiting Brand Designer to join our team for a minimum 3-months internship and get hands-on with real design. From week one you'll ship real assets across our website, social, campaigns, and events, and quickly grow into someone the team relies on for sharp, on-brand design. A big part of the role is being a design partner to people across Peec AI: helping teammates turn ideas into polished, on-brand presentations (internal and external), and tackling the everyday design tasks that keep a fast-moving startup looking sharp. You'll learn how a brand actually gets built and maintained day to day, working side by side with our designers and marketers, and walk away with a portfolio full of real, shipped work. What you'll do Design on-brand assets across marketing channels, social content, campaign visuals, event materials, and web graphics Become our go-to for amazing presentations: transforming internal and external decks into polished, persuasive, on-brand stories Support stakeholders across the company with day-to-day design tasks, helping everyone communicate visually and stay on-brand Work inside our design system and help keep things consistent, scalable, and cohesive Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, and GEO teams, learning how great brand work comes together end to end What we're looking for A growing portfolio (university projects, freelance, personal work, all welcome) that shows a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling Strong working knowledge of Figma, and ideally some Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent Confident presentation design skills, turning information into something clear, structured, and beautiful Detail-obsessed, with the instinct to make things look right, not just done Eager to learn, take feedback, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment Experience in B2B and worked in a startup environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude Hands-on internship or studio experience, ideally in a B2B or startup environment Bonus points A strong interest in software products, AI, and emerging tech Experience with motion, animation, or prototyping (After Effects, Lottie, Framer) What we offer Real ownership and shipped work from week one Close mentorship from experienced brand and growth designers A collaborative, high-energy in-office environment in the heart of Berlin A front-row seat to building a brand in a brand-new market category Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin Compensation: €3K • €3K Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
