Wir sind eine Video- und Content-Agentur aus Hamburg. Wir produzieren Social-Media-Content und Kampagnen für Marken aus Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Automotive, Beauty und Tourismus. Unser Team ist klein. Genau darin liegt deine Chance: Du bist früh dabei, gestaltest mit und wächst mit uns. Du hast Agenturerfahrung, führst Projekte eigenständig und bist als DOP am Set genauso sicher wie im Schnitt? Dann passt du zu uns. Aufgaben Projekte leiten: Du führst Produktionen von der Planung bis zur Abgabe und behältst Timing, Budget und Qualität im Blick. Kamera am Set: Du drehst eigenständig als DOP, setzt Licht und lieferst Bilder, die tragen. Schnitt & Postproduktion (Schwerpunkt): Du schneidest mit Gespür für Storytelling, Timing und Emotion. Von Rohschnitt über Color Grading bis Motion und Sound Design holst du das Maximum aus dem Material. Kundenkontakt: Du stimmst dich direkt mit Kunden ab, berätst sie und bringst eigene Ideen ein. Konzeption: Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du Videoideen und Kampagnen, die zur Marke passen und messbar performen. Performance: Du analysierst, was auf Instagram und TikTok funktioniert, und entwickelst Formate datenbasiert weiter. Perspektive: Langfristig baust du unser Videoteam mit auf. Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Videoproduktion und professionellem Schnitt Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder Produktionsfirma Referenzen, die deine Kamera- und Schnittarbeit zeigen Sicher in Kamera- und Lichtführung sowie in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve und After Effects Gespür für Ästhetik, Storytelling und Social-Media-Formate Sicheres Auftreten am Set und beim Kunden Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust auf Verantwortung Benefits Benefits Aufbau mit Perspektive: Du bist früh dabei, gestaltest die Agentur mit und baust langfristig dein eigenes Team auf.
