UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable. Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia. UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems. As the Video Producer & Editor, you will be the point between raw footage and published work. The output goes onto company channels, into the hands of sales and government relations, and in front of closed-door audiences—including material that cannot leave the building. Video is the clearest evidence of what UFORCE does to those outside the military. The systems are real, they are in use, and footage of them shows our customers what no render or animation can. In a market full of future-tense capability claims, that is the differentiator, and this role is what converts it into content people actually see. This is not an assembly role. You are expected to shape and direct content as well as cut it: to decide what is worth capturing, what the film is, and what to leave out. The register is real and observed rather than advertised. The standard is publishable as it leaves the timeline. It is a mid-level role with unusual freedom. There is no post-production team and no producer. The work is daily, the subject matter is serious, and there is room for someone who wants to build their craft on material most editors never get near. What you will do Cut and finish film for company channels, social platforms, sales and government relations, and internal and closed-door audiences. Shape content from the outset: propose ideas, write shot lists and capture briefs, and direct or shoot capture where needed. Deliver distinct cuts for distinct audiences rather than reformatting one film for all of them. Finish to a publishable standard—grade, sound, captioning, titling and versioning. Own the footage library: cataloguing, archive structure, backup and version control. Hold the UFORCE film language and keep output consistent, including work delivered by external film-makers. Travel to facilities, ranges, events and deployments, sometimes at short notice, and film in industrial and field conditions. Utilise approved AI tools to optimize your workflow, strictly adhering to data security guidelines and ensuring no sensitive material leaves secure networks. Apply the company's security and export-control requirements to footage, and route material showing platforms, facilities and personnel for clearance before release. Required Skills Around three to six years of professional editing experience, with a showreel of published work rather than showpieces. Command of pacing, structure and sound, and the ability to explain the decisions behind a cut—particularly what was removed. Experience in a factual, documentary, news or event register, not branded content alone. Evidence of consistent output at pace, self-managed: media handling, versioning and deadlines without a producer. A piece taken from idea and shot list through to final cut. Fluency in a professional NLE—Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut—with working knowledge of After Effects or equivalent for basic motion work. Sound judgement with confidential, embargoed or otherwise restricted material. A point of view on what good looks like, and the willingness to argue for it. Right to work in the UK and eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC level). Nice to Have Camera operation to a publishable standard, including commercial drone operation (with CAA certification). Motion graphics and titling beyond basics. Stills photography. Experience cutting technical or engineering subject matter. Experience in defence, dual-use or uncrewed systems, whether in industry or in service. The nature of combat has changed. Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability. And UFORCE is ready. Are You? Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
