Im Rahmen einer umfassenden HR-Transformation wird SAP SuccessFactors als führendes System für Personaldaten eingeführt und in eine bestehende SAP S/4HANA- sowie SAP-HCM-Landschaft integriert. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Testaktivitäten und stellen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, IT und Implementierungspartnern einen erfolgreichen und risikoarmen Go-Live sicher. Dabei erwartet Sie ein spannendes Umfeld mit komplexen HR-Prozessen, zahlreichen Stakeholdern und modernsten SAP-HR-Technologien.
