Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Hauptsitz in Berlin einen Mitarbeiter für unseren Kunden IT Support in Vollzeit. Wir möchten insbesondere Frauen dazu ermutigen, sich bei uns zu bewerben. Aufgaben Betreuung von technische Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem Übernahme des 2nd Level Supports Kontakt mit unseren Kunden über Telefon, Konferenz-Software und unser Ticketsystem.
