Über die Rolle Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für unser Talent Acquisition Team, um unseren Wettbewerbsvorteil im M&A-Bereich weiter auszubauen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, diese Talente für uns zu gewinnen. Aufgaben Recruiting ist ein zentraler Teil unserer Unternehmensstrategie, daher erwarten wir eine stark technologie-unterstützte Arbeitsweise, Outputorientierung und Professionalität im Umgang mit den Talenten. 80% deiner ersten Monate verbringst du im Sourcing von Talenten via unserer verschiedener Kanäle. Du übernimmst auch erste Screening Gespräche. Du screenst den deutschen Markt systematisch und baust strategische Talentpools für zukünftige Targets auf. Du bringst dich mit Gestaltungsideen zu unserem Kanal-Mix zur Anziehung von Talenten in unsere TA Strategie aktiv mit ein. Qualifikation Vor Ort in unserem HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) arbeiten willst. Dich auf mindestens 12 Monate Werkstudententätigkeit committen kannst. Ein nachweislich ausgeprägtes Interesse an Menschen und Unternehmertum mitbringst. Eine hohe Resilienz in der Direktansprache besitzt, souverän agierst und ergebnisorientiert arbeitest.
