Aufgaben 2nd Level Support für Systempartner Betreuung der Systempartner in technischen Anwendungsfragen Gewährleistung des Betriebes, der Verfügbarkeit und der Aufschaltung der Instanzen in Zutritts-Cloud Inbetriebnahme sowie Wartungseinsätze für Kunden vor Ort oder Remote Erstellung sowie Versand von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen Mitarbeit in Projektteams sowie der Erstellung von Dokumentationen Aufbau von Zutrittssystemen für Schulungen und Service samt Unterlagen Qualifikation eine technische Ausbildung EFZ und Freude Systeme selbst zu konfigurieren Erfahrung im Support und Systemadministration von beratungsintensiven Produkten der Sicherheitstechnik (von Vorteil) Erfahrung in der Administration von Linux und Container basierten Cloud Systemen breite Erfahrung mit Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft Benefits ein zukunftsorientiertes und dynamisches Umfeld mit viel Eigenverantwortung individuelle Förderung, Ausbildung und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Möglichkeiten, die Zukunft des Unternehmens mitzugestalten und eigene Ideen einzubringen Ready to join?
