In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of IT übernehmen Sie mittelfristig die Verantwortung für den IT-Betrieb. Aufgaben 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden – vor Ort und remote, inkl. Ticketbearbeitung Administration von Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Intune (Benutzer, Berechtigungen, MFA, Geräteverwaltung) Client-Management: Beschaffung, Einrichtung, Rollout und Lebenszyklus von Notebooks, Mobilgeräten und Druckern Betreuung von Server-, Netzwerk- und Backup-Infrastruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern Anwendersupport für unser ERP-System (Comarch) und weitere Fachapplikationen: Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung, Erstanalyse, Eskalation an Hersteller und Partner IT-Sicherheit: Einführung, Umsetzung und laufende Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards (z. B. Zugriffs- und Passwortrichtlinien, MFA, Patch- und Schwachstellenmanagement, Backup- und Wiederherstellungstests) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben (Gruppe, Cyberversicherung), Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden (Security Awareness) Design und Implementierung On- und Offboarding, IT-Dokumentation sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten (z. B. Migrationen, Hardware-Erneuerungen) Qualifikation Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ (Plattformentwicklung oder Systemtechnik) oder vergleichbar; Weiterbildung (z. B. ICT-System- und Netzwerktechniker/in FA) von Vorteil Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Systemadministration, idealerweise in einem KMU Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Client/Server und Active Directory Gute Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk, Firewall und VPN Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmassnahmen; Kenntnisse gängiger Standards (z. B.
