Sr. Product Manager, Integrations

The Role

We are seeking an Integration Product Manager to lead the integrations that power daily operations for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). In this role, you will be responsible for the workflows and tools that connect Addepar with key ecosystem partners, primarily focused on Salesforce and Custodial integrations.

You will partner closely with engineering, design, and client experience teams to scale our custodial workflows and evolve our Salesforce integration toward intuitive, self-service onboarding and management. As part of Addepar’s data and AI platform, you will identify and integrate AI-driven capabilities that improve our user experience and workflows. You will engage comfortably with technical teams on API specifications and data discovery and you will focus on guiding feature delivery, crafting and executing on the roadmap, and ensuring measurable outcomes for our RIA clients.

What You’ll Do

• Build a deep understanding of our CRM and Custodial Document workflows, learning how RIAs rely on Addepar’s integration ecosystem for their daily operations.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, design, and partnership teams to author a clear roadmap focused on Salesforce and key custodian partners.
• Translate high-level business goals into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that empower engineering teams to deliver features with confidence.
• Focus on scaling custodial document workflows and enabling self-service onboarding and ongoing integration management for Salesforce users.
• Identify and explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven capabilities into data mapping, setup, and document workflows to simplify the user experience and reduce manual effort.
• Engage comfortably with technical teams during discovery to review API specifications, data schemas, and webhooks to ensure integration viability.
• Monitor key platform health metrics, adoption rates, and client feedback to continuously refine integration performance and stability.
• Engage directly with internal client-facing teams and user feedback channels to identify user pain points and validate feature enhancements.

Who You Are

• Extensive experience in Product Management, navigating the product lifecycle to deliver scalable features, SaaS product, or technical integrations.
• You bring technical literacy and feel comfortable reviewing API specifications and engaging with engineers to support technical discovery.
• You enjoy turning complex backend data flows into intuitive, user-friendly client experiences that save users time and simplify their work.
• You are experienced in leveraging AI technologies to streamline traditional integration workflows.
• You are a creative problem solver who iterates, experiments, and learns from data. You are able to adapt your approach to find the best path forward for your team and the product.
• You collaborate effectively with designers and engineers. You are comfortable discussing technical challenges and design patterns. You thrive in a cross-functional environment where the partnership between Product, Engineering, and Design is key to your success.
