We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in Zurich. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining business insight with technical expertise to help clients solve complex challenges. As a key partner to our Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you will play a critical role in designing tailored solutions, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements
- Translate complex client needs into effective solution designs and technical specifications
- Design and present tailored solutions leveraging our product capabilities and integration options
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops for clients and stakeholders
- Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare and contribute to RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations
- Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation and strategic decision-making
- Develop sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and case studies
Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Implementations, Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software, SaaS based environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, or related industries
- Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs and ETL processes
- Fluent written and spoken English, other language skills are beneficial
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
