Bei uns bekommst du viel Freiraum, neue Ideen auszuprobieren und Formate zu entwickeln, die Menschen begeistern. Aufgaben Du entwickelst kreative Content-Ideen für TikTok, Instagram, YouTube und weitere Social-Media-Kanäle. Du planst und organisierst unsere Social-Media-Inhalte und setzt sie eigenständig um. Du drehst gemeinsam mit Moni und unserem Team Videos, Reels, TikToks und weiteren Content. Du stehst bei Bedarf auch selbst vor der Kamera. Du schneidest und bearbeitest Videos und bereitest sie passend für die jeweiligen Plattformen auf. Du entwickelst neue wiederkehrende Formate, Serien und kreative Konzepte. Du beobachtest aktuelle Social-Media-Trends und überlegst, wie wir sie passend für Picmondoo umsetzen können. Du begleitest Produktneuheiten, Aktionen und besondere Projekte mit kreativem Content. Du analysierst, welche Inhalte besonders gut funktionieren, und entwickelst unsere Content-Strategie kontinuierlich weiter. Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast die Freiheit, neue Dinge auszuprobieren. Qualifikation Social Media nicht nur nutzt, sondern wirklich verstehst. ein gutes Gefühl für TikTok, Instagram Reels und aktuelle Trends hast. gerne Videos drehst und Content produzierst. Erfahrung mit Videoschnitt und Content-Bearbeitung mitbringst. kreativ bist und regelmäßig eigene Ideen einbringst. selbstständig arbeitest und Dinge gerne direkt umsetzt. keine Scheu davor hast, auch einmal selbst vor der Kamera zu stehen. ein gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Storytelling und unsere überwiegend weibliche Community mitbringst.
