Alongside our Content and Paid Media teams, we connect brands with customers through world-class organic and paid search strategies.

Success in this role requires a deep curiosity for search engine algorithms, strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams (like eCommerce, Paid Media, and project management) and external brand clients.

The Role

As an SEO & GEO Executive, you will support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of organic search campaigns across multiple brands. You will work to grow organic visibility, traffic, and revenue, ensuring our clients dominate the search engine results pages (SERPs).

You'll work in close partnership with our Paid Media team to ensure our organic and paid search strategies are fully aligned. You'll also collaborate daily with the eCommerce teams who are trading the sites, project teams managing site onboards, and external brand partners, ensuring SEO is a core pillar of our commercial success.

This role combines technical SEO, content strategy, performance analysis, and stakeholder management, providing a well-rounded foundation in the future of search.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of SEO strategies for multiple brands.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and SERP analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure on-page content is optimised for both users and search engines.
• Analyse and report on organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and industry-standard search analytics platforms.
• Work closely with the Paid Media team to share search query insights, coordinate keyword targeting, and develop a unified search strategy.
• Support project teams with SEO requirements for site migrations and new client onboards.
• Stay informed on algorithm updates, competitor activity, and emerging trends, particularly in AI-driven search and GEO.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (eCommerce, Content, Paid Media) and external brand clients.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• A foundational understanding of SEO principles (technical, on-page, and off-page).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• A genuine appetite and eagerness to learn and develop.

Desirable

• Some hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Familiarity with web crawling or search analytics platforms.
• Understanding of the relationship between SEO and other digital marketing channels like Paid Media, Content, and eCommerce.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
