Translate technical requirements into clear project deliverables, timelines and actions. Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery, quality and customer expectations. Monitor project progress, budget, planning, scope and key milestones. Support bid development, technical discussions and customer relationship management where needed. Contribute to improving project management processes, tools and ways of working in a scaling organization. Capture lessons learned, share knowledge and support others in building strong project delivery practices. What’s in it for you Work on products that are deployed in real-world, high-impact environments, not just concepts or internal tools Operate in a fast-growing, international scale-up where you can truly influence how projects are run. Technical affinity and the ability to understand complex technologies and translate them into practical project deliverables. Comfortable working in a dynamic scale-up environment where priorities can shift and processes are still being developed. Fluent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus. You'll be working with clients in the defense and security sectors, obtaining a Certificate of No Objection issued by the AIVD (Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service) is mandatory.
