Senior Product Manager - Software Solutions

Your mission As our Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving ProGlove's software and solution offering. You will operate as the “CEO” of the software and service business inside the company, with accountability for strategy, P&L, growth, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation. The mission is not to manage an existing business. The mission is to build one. Success will have a measurable impact on the company’s growth profile, competitive positioning and profitability. The role reports directly to the CPO and will be part of the product management team. Professional fluency in English. Nice to have Experience in industrial technology, IoT, hardware, embedded systems Experience with establishing and changing SaaS business models Experience with IoT platforms Background in enterprise or B2B software Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native architectures Experience with product-led growth, monetization Why us?
