Practise the (Senior) Product Launch Manager - Beauty & Skin Care (m/w/d) at Rosental Organics GmbH interview free →Bei Rosental Organics übernimmst du die kommerzielle Verantwortung für neue Skincare-Produkte und Beauty Tools, vom Business Case über den Go-to-Market bis zur Performance nach dem Launch. Du verbindest Produkt, Customer Insight und Growth und arbeitest dafür eng mit Head of Product, Product Development, Marketing, E-Commerce und CEO zusammen. Dein Ziel sind nicht möglichst viele Launches, sondern Produkte, die Rosentals nächste Hero Products werden können. Du entwickelst für neue Produkte den kommerziellen Business Case, von Consumer Need und Marktpotenzial über Pricing, Target COGS und Marge bis zum Absatzpotenzial. Customer Insights, Reviews sowie Markt- und Social-Trends übersetzt du in klare Hero-Product-Konzepte. Den gesamten Go-to-Market-Prozess ownst du. Produkt, Packaging, Claims, Creative, Content, E-Commerce und Marketing greifen zum Launch nahtlos ineinander. Cross-funktionale Launch-Pläne, Critical Paths und Milestones steuerst du so, dass mindestens 90 % aller Milestones fristgerecht erreicht werden. Gemeinsam mit Marketing und Creative entstehen unter deiner Führung Product Stories, Hooks, Claims und Proof Points, die überzeugen und Performance treiben. Mit dem Launch bist du nicht fertig: Die ersten 30/60/90 Tage analysierst du anhand von Umsatz, Conversion, Reviews, Repeat, Marge und Customer Feedback und leitest konkrete Wachstumsmaßnahmen ab. Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in Product Management, Go-to-Market, Launch Management oder Growth im Beauty-, Skincare-, Consumer- oder D2C-Umfeld. Mehrere physische Produkte hast du von der Idee bis zum Marktlaunch begleitet und kannst erklären, warum sie kommerziell funktioniert haben. Consumer- und Product-Taste verbindest du mit solidem Verständnis für Pricing, Marge, Business Cases und Wachstum. Komplexe cross-funktionale Projekte zu führen, Prioritäten zu setzen und Teams auf ein gemeinsames Ziel auszurichten, ist deine Stärke. Du arbeitest hands-on, schnell und mit hoher Ownership und wartest nicht auf den nächsten Schritt von anderen. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mindestens C1) und sehr gutes Englisch setzen wir voraus.
